In our company, we use the free versions of both Mavenlink and Manymoon. We started with Manymoon first. Manymoon limits how you track time and expenses in its free version. Mavenlink, on the other hand, limits how many projects you can run in its free version. We are experimenting with managing a few of our consulting projects (3 can be active at one time) through Mavenlink while we run the rest of our projects (both internal/external) through Manymoon.
We especially love Mavenlink’s free time-tracking/invoicing feature. In addition, you can keep up to 3 projects active. The rest can be archived.
Manymoon is great for handling projects and tasks.
Ray,
I like your review of Mavenlink and Manymoon. I work with Mavenlink and would be happy to answer any questions you might have. Just email me at casey(at)mavenlink.com – Again, glad to see you using Mavenlink.
