I found Manymoon to be good for the following reasons: gmail integration, easy to assign multiple resources, good for for projects. The downside is that some critical features are only available in the Pro editino — project tasks are integrated with google calendar and manymoon project calendar (requires Pro edition). Also, timesheets requires Manymoon Pro beyond 5 time entries.
