In plain terms — what’s “RAG”? Retrieval-Augmented Generation. Before answering, the assistant searches your actual sermon transcripts and builds its answer from what it finds — so responses come from your content, with a source, rather than from generic AI knowledge.

What does “fine-tuning” do? It adjusts the language model so its wording and tone reflect how your church teaches, rather than sounding like an off-the-shelf chatbot. RAG handles what it says; fine-tuning shapes how it says it.
