Easy Cloud Monitor
WordPress Fleet Health Audit for SpinupWP + AWS agencies
Know why your WordPress fleet is slow — before your client does.
Easy Cloud Monitor audits what happens after your sites go live: server load, PHP-FPM pressure, plugin cron behavior, backup timing, Cloudflare cache, and AWS spend — across every site, in one report.
THE PROBLEM
WordPress hosting problems rarely start as outages. They start quietly — a plugin’s background cron firing across a dozen sites at the same minute, two backup jobs colliding inside the same window, a stale edge cache serving last week’s page, an AWS resource billing for nothing.
By the time a client notices, you’re already reacting. Uptime monitors told you the site was “up.” They didn’t tell you why it was slow, or what it was costing you.
WHAT THE AUDIT SURFACES
One point-in-time report across your whole fleet:
- PHP-FPM pool pressure per site, with top processes by CPU attributed to the pool driving them
- Nginx request counts per site, from access logs
- CloudWatch metrics, alarms, and historical trends
- Backup schedules across the fleet, flagged for collisions and drift
- Plugin cron behavior — Rank Math, Duplicator, UpdraftPlus and others — contributing to recurring load
- AWS waste: idle Elastic IPs, unattached EBS, gp2→gp3 candidates, NAT gateways, stopped instances, snapshots over 90 days
- Cloudflare cache state and origin drift
Findings come back ranked by impact, with a recommended fix for each.
WHERE IT FITS
You keep SpinupWP. This sits on top of it.
Independent tool. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SpinupWP.
WHAT YOU GET
- A clean, prioritized PDF report — findings ranked by risk, impact, and savings
- A 45–60 minute review call to walk your team through it
- Specific, actionable fixes — not a wall of graphs
Audits start at $750, priced by fleet size.
HOW ACCESS WORKS
The audit runs on read-only, scoped, temporary access:
- An AWS ReadOnlyAccess IAM role (or scoped CloudWatch + Cost Explorer)
- Read-only SSH / SpinupWP access
- A Cloudflare API token scoped to Zone Read
The dashboard is operated as a private control plane — not an internet-facing app. Your credentials are never exposed publicly. Prefer to keep everything in-house? Ask about the self-hosted audit kit your team runs internally.
PROOF
Option A (general): Built by an AWS Solutions Architect to operate a production multi-site WordPress fleet on SpinupWP + AWS.
Option B (specific — only if you’re comfortable citing it): Built to operate a live fleet of 36 WordPress sites across 5 servers.
FAQs
Does this replace SpinupWP?
No. SpinupWP creates and manages your servers and sites. This audits what happens once they’re live and busy.
Do you need full access to our infrastructure?
No — read-only is enough for the audit. AWS read role, read-only SSH, and a Cloudflare Zone Read token.
Is this ongoing monitoring?
The audit is a point-in-time report. If you want recurring visibility afterward, we can talk about that separately.
Our security team won’t approve a third party in our accounts.
Understood — that’s why there’s a self-hosted version your own team runs against your stack. Ask us about it.
